How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability. For special dates or large groups, we suggest contacting us 1-2 weeks ahead.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfers. Payment is made in two parts: 50% deposit to confirm the reservation and the remaining 50% on the day of the tour.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, we offer a full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before the tour date. For cancellations with less notice, we evaluate each case individually.
Are the tours group or private?
All our experiences are private, with small groups of up to 4 people. If you need a larger group, contact us to discuss options.
